This Policy explains the type of information that Title24.ai collects from Users of our Services and when you otherwise interact with us, what we do with that information, and with whom we share this information. As an AI-assisted information service, we collect and process building project data, usage information, and other data necessary to provide our Services and improve our AI platform. The specific data we collect and how we use it depends on the Service Agreement you have with us, as different service levels provide different data handling options and AI training permissions.

Important Note About Service Agreements

The specific data we collect, how long we retain it, and how we use it (particularly for AI platform improvements and model training) varies significantly based on your individual Service Agreement. Our Vision for Continuous Improvement: Our AI platform is continuously refined and upgraded as AI technology advances. We believe that working collaboratively with our users to improve the platform benefits everyone through better services and more accurate results. Where acceptable and with your explicit consent, we hope to work with users who are willing to share their chat messages and responses to help us enhance our platform. This voluntary data sharing can lead to improved compliance analysis, better understanding of real-world building scenarios, and more helpful AI responses for all users. Such arrangements are always optional and may include pricing benefits or enhanced service features for participating users.
